Merril, Tolkien, Bowie inducted

Judith Merril, J.R.R. Tolkien and David Bowie are 2013 inductees into Science Fiction and Fantasy Hall of Fame - yay! Along with Joanna Russ and H.R. Giger, who I know much less about.

I hope the Merril Collection in Toronto is planning a celebration! Leave a comment

How is it 2013 and Tolkien wasn't already in? How long has this been a thing? :)

Giger is best known to SF fans as the artist who designed the aliens from the movie Alien and its sequels.
