Could this be a goodies post? I think it is!
I was quite shocked today. Our Walmart actually got some new Disney stuff. Sadly most of it was Tangled. They had dolls of Rapunzel, Flynn, a R & F giftset, and a braid her hair Rapunzel, as well as a little mini Rapunzel doll. WTF?! Holy unfair. True, I haven't seen it yet, so I can't really judge, but from the trailers it looks rather bad, IMO.(And that has nothing to do with it being CG, although that doesn't help it any). Compare to PatF, which was very well done, beautiful animation, and of huge importance seeing as it marks the return (finally) of traditional animation. **whoa, I better stop before this becomes a rant...** Ahem, anywhoo... what did we get for PatF? A couple of puzzles and an ornament. And that wasn't even til after the movie was released. I did see some of the dolls in other stores in the city, and they looked pretty crappy, like they didn't even try. But these Tangled ones look great. Great as in "I'm not that interested in the movie, and I don't care for the look of the animation but I'm very tempted to buy them" kind of great. And I'm sure there's more to come.

VV~ Been wanting this for a while, and it was on sale. Sucks about her knee, but it's less noticable in person unless you're right up close. Would love to get the others in the series, but too much $$$ ~VV
VV~ This. Is. Awesome. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it, and it was worth every penny. Picture does not do it justice. The detail is amazing, they even put the little pumkpin face on Zero's nose! Mayor's face spins, the fountain lights up, and the clock and Zero glow in the dark! ~VV
