equestrian. that community has become a complete shit show. jeeze.
i did allright today; terrible with my eating, but i went to spin class! i love this instructor, she's fun, and motivating but not in-your-face about it. the last spin class i went to was all people who were in much better shape than me and the instructor kept singling me out and being like 'you need to go faster' or 'you need more resistance.' i'm sure that style works for some people, but i just felt intimidated and embarrassed. but this woman was great, i will definately be going back next week!
