All those worried about the Merlin/Arthur friendship
Just read these quotes from a recent interview with Bradley :D Thanks for the link, hermette!
"Well, obviously Merlin becomes Arthur's advisor, we need to show signs that Merlin is capable of doing that and Arthur's capable of listening to him and taking his advice and being a leader, using it to be a leader. I think it's at that stage you say, that they're friends now. They have to openly admit it but they're friend"
"But there's loads of little funny scenes between Arthur and Merlin which're a lot of fun as well. Little moments like where they almost hug, the constant bullying sort of moments and then Merlin getting his own back in his own little secret ways, they're always quite a lot of fun to watch as well."

Bradley: Yeah, yeah, well again, it becomes part of that gradual process for Arthur, I think a lot of the other characters find themselves going through... sort of that the character changes and the characters are a bit more 'jumpy', they will take big strides in developement whereas Arthur is... there's just that gradual progress and part of that is his relationship with Merlin has this kind of gradual build of trust that's quite strong now"
Even Bradley admits there's a lot of bullying still going on, but he certainly knows that there needs to be a development in their friendship, and there will be. Do not fret!!
