Had dinner at Fisherman's Wharf again and once again I wonder why its not popular at all. Salt and Vinegar authentic Fish and Chips at only $6.50. Oh man, its the deal. Should bring Lianne darling there one day. Its so near SMU. Whats the good thing? Its near to settlers games cafe, near to the dance studio, near to LADC and near to Boat Quay and Clarke Quay.
Went for Salsa beginner class today, it was a little bit awkward at first, but then it gradually got better. The instructors moved really well (duh) and they were all friendly and fun. Got the right bit that Alex and Jean were an item and that they all had day jobs. Imagine having a good paying day job and while you are dancing your favourite dance, you still get to get up to $1k a month? Thats what I call a paying hobby. Alex works as an IT auditor as well, told me to give him a call when I graduate if i wanna work in IT audit. *Grins*
I was kinda nudged along for the class by J, and it wasn't that bad, now my eyes are opening up for, perhaps hip-hop classes. Who says tall lanky people cant dance :p
*reminds self not to ask J about dance moves when we are out of the studio*
Because when I did that just now, she showed me in the middle of the street with streaming passerbys throwing all sort of weird glances. Imagine that close-stance and doing a turn with people looking at you, many people. Weird I tell you.
Anyhow after the classes were over, feeling very old for the very young people that we are, we were trying to go somewhere for further activities but no one seem to had anything going on. Eventually dropped by to Dubs and Mano was there. Haven't bumped into him for the longest time now and when we see him again, he's there hogging the games machine again, so whats new? He's looking for people to help his trade again, nothing new again, we'll see if anyone wants to join his team to sell insurance. Adjourned to ACNA for drinks and games. This is definitely the effect of going to Settlers cafe the night before for the double date with Najib and Kewei where we played MUNCHKINS, which was a relatively fun game. So tonight we played TIMBEERRRR (which is a jenga clone) and various child hood games like Snakes and ladders, checkers, reversi. (Anything that she won, she did it by luck) Anyway, im sooooooo dead now, going to sleep.
Oh yea, I hope I am afforded the same treatment you offer to other people. There are things I dont want to read about.
