I've had a great time chilling out with club people on friday night, couple that with copious amount of alcohol. We toasted the birthday folks and basically lounged around and chatted in small groups. Pretty nice feeling.
I am glad that some people still share my taste in humour and shows, i remember when i told other people about the sitcoms i was watching, they simply insisted that the show was pretty lame and stuff, but yesterday i found out that hey i am not the only one laughing madly at the shows. It feels good.
Went to a gathering of army mates last night, catching up on each other lives. Its nice to see how most of them have grown in SIZE stature as opposed to back when we were still army boys.Most of them have put on a lot of weight though, lol. It would be only 1 year before the last of us hits the job market.
Came home this afternoon and decided to just listen to music and lounge around, I've been spending a lot of time outside with different friends, while it was fun, it was kinda hectic. Now that i am alone away from everyone, i feel kinda lonely, kinda reflecting on what transpired in the last few days. Especially when some of the stuff are especially taxing emotionally, there are a lot of grey areas in my mind and heart right now. I could possibly put them aside now but i think i ought to handle them one day. Too bad Lianne has lost her internet connection. Argh, what timing.
P.S. Maybe i set the bar so high because i am tall, and have large shoes (to fill) lol
