election dream
i had a dream last night that i was in a small amphitheater and the presidential candidates were giving speaches. i listened to each with thoughtfulness, then obama came up out of the crowd singing and dancing, folks singing and dancing with him with passion, hope, sincerity, and joy...and that was his speach, a heartful song. and i thought to myself, "damn, i'll gladly vote for a candidate who can dance!" it was great....i think it was my first mainstream political dream.
