do U know wat U r getting urself into?
i realized today that i need to get back in touch with my intellectual side. i have been enjoying the social life that accompanies the college experience, but perhaps i need to put my social desires at bay for a little while in order to reaccquaint myself with my thoughts, feelings and intellectual insights. my life is pretty much sleepin, talking, hanging out and building friendships here, while keeping my friendships at home strong, and continually making them stronger. i miss reading, i miss being able to contribute to a class discussion....in conants class i was always able to put my 2 cents in, but here im more intimated and scared that my insight will be way off. i miss the feeling of being smart and accomplished..i need to take a breather and reconnect with myself and my desire to learn ....because i genuinely love to learn. i love to read and to write and to hear other peoples thoughts and opinions on life, and books are my outlet..my shelter from the world...my home
