Yesterday Turtle took a walk around the house and felt comfy in the hallway
Over the weekend I managed to trim the nails on 3 of her paws by sneaking up on her and napping. I can usually get 2 nails trimmed before she catches on. Later, after I was done, I think she was being all dramatic. I feel like she's saying, "oh my poor aching paws! My beautiful nails are gone, gone, all gone"
Lastly, today I've let her look tour the house all afternoon (Tasha's locked in our bedroom). She's found the couch and has decided that it is a good place for her to relax after he long adventure in the basement. Since Mango's not around, I think it's safe for me to do the Turtle impersonation...doesn't she look like she's saying, "Wassssup Bitches?"
Anyhoo, that's enough Turtle for now. She's getting along pretty well. Still no 'meow' or purrrrrring, but she does make tiny chirps to let me know she's excited about her toys or wants to leave the room. Hopefully the annoying meowing habits of Tasha and Billy won't rub off.
