The cure for boredom is curiosity. There is no cure for curiosity. - Ellen Parr
I think that today might actually be the last day of this cold. Hopefully. I've stopped coughing for the most part, and I'm hardly blowing my nose anymore- good thing because it's been bleeding the last week.
So I'm going to Maryland on Monday for a week or so, I'm going to be getting an ID for that state and we're going to be registering the car so it looks like we really will be moving there. So we'll be taking this comp, my stepdad says that they just installed the cable and DSL in an apartment for us for this week (I'm so spoiled, I know!), so I should be available. Might be looking for a job and will probably take driving lessons.
And well, I'm trying to pack up as much as I can. To me it seems as everything will take like only a day, but that's probbaly just me. All my clothes are folded in one spot and lots of my stuff are still in boxes so it's no problem for me. I've just got to pack up everything else in the house. I refuse to do any kitchen stuff (dishes, glasses) besides food. I like to do things all at once, so it's difficult to start early. And we're still living here, so that makes it difficult too- like you'd want to just pack up all your clothes and your bed but you can't cause you still need them. XD So why pack up anything else in the room if you want to do them all at the same time as your bed anyway?
A lot of our stuff is in storage- we're trying to look for a place that's bigger than the one we're living in now. I wonder what my room would look like when I finally get to put everything out. I don't want to unpack everything unless I know we'll be there for a long time. I have a picture of my room in SC from a couple of years ago, maybe I'll look for it as I go through all the book boxes in the basement.
I should take a picture of my current room too before it gets too dark out today.
