Like a snail with its instinct to hide back into its shell,
even after slowly getting used to coming out of it to crawl when it is required to do so.
Bad habits ain't easy to change without the initial reason to do so.
You might have thought that you have finally slowly crawl out of that shell, getting rid of that bad habit.
But when you lost that initial motivation, it's too easy to hide back to your own comfort zone.
It takes too much courage and effort, persuasion, etc to start something you would stubbornly refused to,
but it just take a little challenge to push everything back to square one.
It's not impossible to change.
but like the snail's instinct, sometimes you can't help it.
