So many good times this weekend...

I hope I can remember it all... where's my Day Planner when I need it?

Friday: Woke up bright & early to run. Went to school. Turned in my "exam" for Economics & spent the entire period eating delicious doughnuts & signing yearbooks. Proceeded to hang out at school for the next 2 class periods. Had a lovely chat with Ashleigh and Lee outside the bandroom until TJ tried to make us leave. But he can never make me leave. I'm going to stay in high school forever, dammit. Left feeling rather forlorn that we haven't taken a washing machine picture yet, but then, tomorrow is another day. Blakeley came over & we watched Saved By the Bell: The College Years (we have to learn how the popular kids in college act) as we straightened our hair and got beautiful for Gusta's shindig. Rocked out to my Now & Then Soundtrack on the way over before Blake got a call from Allison Bridges, who had backed into a ditch. So we had to go help her sorry ass & showed up late to the party. But it was worth it. She had tried to lodge her religion book under the tires so she could get out (or at the very least, destroy her religion book). We didn't help her at all. We just laughed really hard & took pictures of her & the burly men as they came to the rescue & lifted up the entire back end of her car (as dirt/rocks/magic dust flew everywhere) and she drove her car out. It was priceless. Arrived at Gusta's, had a lovely lunch (complete with cheese parfaits!!!!), Monica & I decided we're going to room together next year, & Emily and I took crazy pictures on the wharf as we pretended that Gusta's aunt's house was on MTV Cribs. Drove to Patty's graduation. It was hard to imagine that I would be doing the same thing in exactly a week. Found Tom afterwards. We felt like we should leave because we were still just high schoolers. "You don't want to hang out with us high school kids, Patty. We're just babies, really!" Returned home and Katie & Slar came over to pick me up for B of the B. Arrived in a bad mood b/c Katie was pissed off that I'm not rooming with her. Remained in a bad mood throughout Jive Turkey. But CCCP turned my frown upside down. Gusta, Lauren, and I stood up front & exclaimed how hot all the members of the band were. Lots of dancing. Afterwards I went downtown with Gus, Blake, Vince, Finch, Curtis, Tom, Patty, Shann, & Jessica. $2 into Soul Kitchen. Too worn out to really enjoy it, but went upstairs & sat on the couch. Vince & I were really high & we made up this silly mascot thing... Go Badgers! (You suck, Jaguars!) *shows off giant badger teeth*. Gusta & Blakeley spent the night. Gusta pointed out that it was the 1st time she's spent the night at my house. After 4 yrs! That's sort of depressing...

Saturday: Slept all day. Ran. Went to "Em & Ryan's Crawfish Boil." I'm not a crawfish person, so I ate potatoes & cake. A feast of champions. Before I left, Emily gave me some play on the hammock. (A-thank you). Went to Curt's afterwards to watch Kill Bill (FINALLY!) I must say the guys were not lying about what a masterpiece it is.

Sunday: Senior Breakfast. I made a big deal about the slideshow b/c I worked on it for a long time. I think it turned out very well, though several pictures were left out. Most of the awards were well-deserved. I thought I had Most Contagious Laugh in the bag, but now that I think about it, Rebecca Robison DEFINITELY deserved it way more than I did. She has a crazy laugh. I guess I'll have to settle for Best Personality. Went to Jessica's party after that. Graduation parties are the best part about graduating. These past few weeks I've gotten to hang out with people that I never said more than 2 words to in high school. Better late than never, I guess. Jessica & I tubed together. We held on for a long time, even when Jessica got thrown off, she held onto my leg & climbed back up. We're so badass. Went home. Ran for an hour (which sadly enough, killed me). Got to read at Mass. Talked to Sara Miles afterwards about training with her this summer b/c neither of us wants to get beaten by Mearn. (You're going down, RED!)
