The good(and not so good) stuff

Finally, an update!
I've been busy or either just plain lazy!
I finally got my laptop working after much frustration and trying to kill people and objects.
The best part is, I have a wireless chip and mooch off of the library's wireless when I'm in Ted's room.
This makes writing a paper or whatnot easier for either of us, so thats really nice.
So what else is new?
Ted's birthday was the 20th. He turned 20, and so did his twin brother Adam. Yup, for those of you who didn't know, Ted is a twin. No, they aren't identical and besides a affinity for metal and motorcycles, they really aren't anything alike.
This weekend we are going home to Tennessee for my nephew's 3rd birthday party. I'm excited, I miss him terribly. Plus, I haven't seen my neice since she was like 2 days old, so I'm anxious to see how much she's grown.
I'll be spending some time with the parental units and also a long overdue visit with Brandon and Rebecca.
Sunday will also be 6 months for Ted and me. Its amazing how deep my feelings are for him, for such a short period of time. He is the best thing thats happened to me.
TAing is going well. The classes are fun and it also helps me remember all this stiff I'm supposed to already know.
Shelley told me about a Dashboard Confessional concert at UGA. We're gonna try to get tickets and go. Ted told me it'll be hard because they(concerts at UGA) sell out so fast. Shell said she has some friends there who might be able to get tickets. I'd sure pay to see them.
Talking about concerts, I'm, still sore about not being able to go see the Jump Little Children concert in December.
The second round of tests are coming up, oh joy. Chemistry and Anatomy and Physiology are next week.
The funnest thing(yes the most fun) that I've done recently is AI(artificially inseminate) a pig for an animal science lab. I also go tto play with piglets and give them shots. You should have seen me. They make these devices which hook into a bottle of injectible stuff and you set the amount and its an automatical refill syringe. You just squeeze the handle to give the shot and when you let go the syringe fills back up. I had one of those in each hand and gave a litter of piglets shots. Its was pretty sweet, even though I smelled like a dirty pig afterwards.
My car is also fixed, finally, from me being rear-ended in January. The first bumper they put on my car didn't match so I had to take it back and this time they did a much better job. Yay!!!
Ted is still without his car and motorcycle, so we share. Its not hard, I love riding everywhere with him, and besides, I can have him take the car na dpick me up places. He's such a sweet boy.
My old cat- Sparky- who is 17, is sick again. He's had bladder surgery twice already to remove stones and nwo has stones again, even though he's on a diet that is supposed to help keep these stones from reoccurring or forming. Surgery isn't a very plausible option because he has a very bad heart(murmer, arrythmia, and fluid around the heart), and feline asthma(he passes out when he gets stressed and pants and wheezes when has a high level of activity) not to mention he doesn't handle anesthesia very well - he typically stops breathing and must have artificial respiration. So, we know his days are numbered. We will treasure what we have left, and have to make a hard decision when he stops having any good quality of life.

So... whats going on with you?
