Dalai Lama this week!
HI old friends. I haven't been writing as i haven't been doing computer so much. Doing recuperation instead, small retreats, more down time integrating the last years lessons and clearing injuries internal and external. More time spending with people in person! more travelling. quicker communications. more qigong/tai chi teaching, more travel. if anyone is keen to look this has been a bit of fun for me to refind a few more old friends of various talents and tendancies http://www.myspace.com/jampa
My kids are growing up and it becomes consuming as they develop into very interesting human beings. They were keen so we all are heading north in a few days for HH the Dalai Lama.. direct connections with genuinely wise people always bring changes in perspective on living. As we have that Tibetan link we get a special audience which is a great honour :)
Dunedin is trying to have more snow and the flakes last week were beautiful. Was lucky to be walking with a friend in Ross Creek reservoir through some of the small flurries - invigorating and uplifting! and the Miners lettuce is nearly ready for first tender harvesting..
