tutoring
Since my bank account has dipped to an all time low, I thought I should explore some means of changing that situation. Math tutors make pretty decent money. I'm wondering if anyone with experience on tutoring and advertising yourself as a tutor has some advice for me. I checked some listings on Craigslist, though the listings on there seem like they're mostly from middleman companies.
I was wondering also how much money I should charge. I know of a couple of people tutoring and from what I hear, they make around 30/hr. I don't know if I should charge that much without former math tutoring experience. I'm volunteer-tutoring Chinese at UCI, though.
