This has been the worst week of my life. It all started out last week, when I brought my car to have new tires put on it. Those cost $340. Then, on top of the $235 windshield I had to have replaced, I found out that I need new ball joints. Well those joints can suck my balls for the $400 that they cost. And, on top of all that... there was the $240 O2 sensors I had to replace on my car. So, basically, I've put about 3/4 of the money I paid for it into it for repairs in the last 7 days. Plus, I need more repairs done. The highlight of the past 7 days was meeting Jim. He's cute, nice, great. I guess you would say I have a crush on him. I actually met him (in person) on Friday. We went to the diner, then got a movie and went and watched it at his house. Things already started to go downhill though, at Blockbuster. There, I saw a previous love interest, Justin, who I broke things off with because I really didn't like him that much. It was incredibly akward, as one might imagine, and I was not very happy about it. So anyway, when I left Jim's house in New Paltz, I was driving like I normally would and decided to take a kind of back way home. Well that was probably a mistake because I gave myself a little more leeway (I don't know how you spell this word) with my speed which got me pulled over. This sucks incredibly because I still have a junior license. Thankfully, the officer told me that he would work with me and if I pleaded not guilty and went to court and didn't have any other moving violations on my license between now and then he wouldn't take my license away. But he did add that it appeared as if someone had tried to change my license and that if I had given him an attitude when he had pulled me over that I would have been arrested. This is the moral of my story: NEVER FUCK WITH YOUR LICENSE! So, I had to go to the DMV and apply for a replacement license... thankfully I only had to wait for... oh... half an hour in line. So now, I'm at home waiting for a friend to give me a call so we can hopefully go out, since my car is still in the shop after a whole day and them telling me it would be done today. I think the fucking mechanics forget that they work for the owner of the car. For $68 an hour, my car should have been done after a few hours, not a few days! In addition to my car problems, there are guy problems, too. This guy Jim manages a store somewhere (I know where, but I'm not telling you) and works like 8 million hours a day. Plus, he has had Managers' Meetings in Danbury the past two days, so basically, we really haven't talked. This pisses me off all the more since I never got to see him on Saturday because of my tickets. LIFE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really hope things will start to look up, with my car, men, and my life in general. It just figures that after looking for a guy for so long that when I finally find one that I really really like all of this shit happens.
