thanksgiving was pretty alright.
bk, evan, and i usually do thanksgiving dinner but bk had to work this yr and i dont know what evan was doing, so nick and i went to his dads gfs house and i seriously had the best stuffing ive ever eaten in my life.
stuffing and cranberry sauce are really what thanksgiving is all about.

i bought my first very own xmas tree the other night for our apartment, and i was so excited i set it up and decorated it as soon as i got home. its still missing a star on the top and a few more ornaments, but it looks pretty nice.
i started doing some xmas shopping, bc i always wait to the last minute and get super stressed out, so i wanted to get everything out of the way asap this year.
im really bummed that i may not have enough money to buy everyone i want to buy for presents this year. and i feel like every year the number of people i have to buy for doubles.
i am also really bummed that i cannot go away on vacation with erin and joey in january. ive been dying for sooo soooo long to get away and go on a plane somewhere and see the world, but that doesnt seem possible right now... not when nick will be gone for 3 months and i have to worry about paying his half of the rent. ugh something always has to come up. at this rate im never going to get to go anywhere. ill be 50 something yrs old and never been on an airplane before. sucks.
