The Amazing Spiderman - Surprisingly Amazing
For my birthday I bunked off work to watch the amazing spiderman and I have to say that, once I got over my initial disappointment at not seeing Mr Bell in skin tight lycra (mmmmmmmm) I actually really enjoyed it. I have to say, I never really liked Tobey Maguire as Spidey, he was kind of pasty and blah. I know he was meant to be a geek but there are plenty of hot geeks out there!
Andrew Garfield was really good and I just love Emma Stone (so funny in Easy A) plus its too cute that they're an actual couple. All in all, I enjoyed watching sexy spiderman although at times he looked too much like Andy Murray for my tastes.
The film was much better than I expected, love the angsty back story that was much deeper than the previous film, and he played it so wonderfully you just wanted to cuddle him to make it better. Action sequences were decent, villain was villainous and there were some pretty good funny bits. My verdict? Give it a watch, you might be surprised
Hope everyone is well, I know I've been gone a while, real life has been kicking me pretty hard lately. But in other news, Magic Mike is coming out soon... just goes to show that if you wish for something hard enough! hope the other guys in it are cute
