I'd rather be anything but ordinary please.
So, it only took a little over two years... but I finally got to see my old best friend Jami! Apparently she knows Wade (my best friend's fiance') and a few other of my friends. I met up with them at The Fireside Inn last night (after the Gala Ball I went to) for some karaoke! Gary and I did Hollaback Girl. It was hilarity at it finest. The funny thing is that I was at my highest weight the last time I saw her.. which was 250lbs .. So when she saw me, she didn't do a double take, she did a friggin gazillion take mixed with a lot of "Oh my God!" ::pause:: "OH MY GOD!". It was priceless.
I got pulled over for the second time in my life last night on the way to hanging out with them. Can you believe I gave him the excuse that I had to pee really bad, and he only gave me a warning? Haha... I didn't even cry or anything. He came over to my window and he says, "What's your hurry?" and I say, "I'm so sorry, but I have to pee REALLY bad." Then I hand him my license and registration and he leaves, comes back and says, "Here's a written warning, slow down, there are bathrooms everywhere." HAHAHA.... Um, you'd think he would have asked me if I was drinking (which I wasn't but still.. "I HAD TO PEE REALLY BAD" I mean, come on!), but he didn't. Oh well, can't complain as I didn't get a ticket.
