Back in the UK
I am hoooooome guys - well, at least it felt like that when I got off the plane yesterday :)! I had this really bubbly, excited feeling somewhere in the region of my stomach ... and I still do xD!
Gatwick was a mess though - soooo many people. The worst part was trying to get a train ticket though! There were like 10 places where you could get a ticket for the Gatwick express, but only 4 for national rail - which resulted in a truly enormous queue! I was beginning to think that I wouldn't be able to get home until like nine or ten in the evening - but then some official looking guy came over and told us to just get on our trains and buy the tickets at our various destinations. I was a bit nervous following that advice to be honest, but it all worked out fine.
Anyway, so now I'm back and I couldn't be happier - fingers crossed this will be a great week!
