Well I got taped this mornin by Mitz. :)
then I went to voc rehab.
Well I had to ask SLCC A FEW ?'s if I got good answers I'm going. Yippeeeeee.
I went to slcc this afternoon.
Only one answer may kill it.
Skills Center: Medical coding & billing.
Start prob Nov. 7th.
?'s when could I start? Oct 24 or Nov 7 Oct 24 is to soon all paperwork would have to be completed by this coming wednesday including between voc rehab & the. LOL Not bloody likely to happen.
If I can't meet the wpm requirements right away can I still move on? Yep :)
If I can't do the coding can I still finish the billing stuff, & would they accomidate me? Tricky, this could be the killer. Yes I could do the billing but I do not get a certificate unless I finish all of it w/ 80% or better. Ugh, but if I get in & find out I can't they can transfer me to another program. Prob acct. Clerk. Ok not a great answer but I understand.
Its cheaper than anyone else who trains which is good. It takes 8-9 months usually. I might even out if I can do it. I can prob skip the computer stuff but may need more time to get my keybording wpm up or on the terminology.
Unfortunately only way TBD is to get in & start classes.
SLCC was the only place to look at the possibility that I could do it.
