House is sold...
Didn't even make it to MLS. House signs went up on Thursday and conditionally sold on Saturday night. Keeping my fingers crossed that the deal will go through. The people who put in the offer have sold their house but one of the requirements is that there well pass a water test. Will find out on Friday if the deal is done! We would be moving in 9 weeks!!!! Our new home isn't even built yet but we have a plan B. We will move into my brother in laws place for a few weeks which I think will be fun.....
