A Doll's House
I really have to stop watching so much Netflix instant queue, it's ruining my social life. What were we talking about? Oh, yeah, "A Doll's House"! Right okay, so what I want to talk about here is the character Doctor Rank, who in the play is in love with the wife of Torvald and is also terminally ill. There are a couple of things wrong with this guy particularly the fact that he is flirting with the woman and dropping hints in front of Torvald who might I also mention is one of his long-time friends. I'll be honest, if they were divorced and if he made Torvald aware that he had intentions of sleeping with his wife, then whatever it would have been just fine, who cares, it is their decision to make. But this guy is kind of a weasel and I think that might have something to do with the fact that this guy really has nothing to lose, he's going to die soon anyways so maybe it just doesn't matter to him. Point is, Torvald may be kind of a jerk, but unless he could convince her to leave him and then make a move, it's kind of sick (ha, sick, because he's terminally ill, get it?).
