So in case you didn't hear my lovely monitor exploded about 2 weeks ago. Frustrated over the loss of my amazing SONY HMD 220 Tru Flat Screen CRT Monitor I tried to get it repaired. To no avail all seemed lost. until I pbtained the same monitor for $40 on Ebay... so now I have my monitor back ... sort of.

PG Wodehouse had the same typewriter from his teens until the day he died. He did, however, replace every single part on the thing during that time. But it was still the same typewriter.

I like to think that's why I buy PCs and not Macs.
