so this weekend was completely out of control. Ashley came and stayed with me, so of course I had to show her a good time. friday night we didnt go out until like 2:30 in the morning. right when we walked out of the bar the sun was coming up. it was crazy. saturday we went shopping and then we went to dinner at Touch. it was so amazing. i am really happy that while im living here i am talking advantage of going out to the really nice places. sat. night i got really drunk. at dinner i only had 2 glasses of wine and i was slurring my speech already. personally i think our server put something in my wine. by the end off the night i was puking! i have been hung over all day today. this afternoon (3:00) when i woke up i couldnt stop shaking. im getting better now though. i just know tomorrow when i go to the gym i am going to be so weak. so all in all i had awesome weekend. it was good to have quality time with ashley with out any distractions. just the two of us was perfect, i really needed that time with her.
on the other hand only a few days left of work this is going to be crazy but in a good way. and that also means i get to see mark again. oh i love that man! for christmas he wants a gun. i know this is one of his little phases he is going through, but oh well the spoiled brat is going to get it. that also means he will be easy to shop for. i think its going to be funny, me going into the store and buying a gun. oh well.
The reasons for its popularity are clear. Chilean sea bass produces good-sized fillets of white meat with a mild flavor, a pleasantly firm texture, and a high fat content that makes it almost impossible to overcook. It has remained relatively inexpensive, especially in the frozen form, and for much of the year it is also available fresh, by air freight. Despite its common English name, Chilean sea bass is unrelated to the true sea basses (many of which go by the name "grouper") nor to other saltwater basses like striped bass. Instead, it belongs to a family found only in the higher latitudes of the southern hemisphere. The FDA officially insists on Patagonian toothfish as the proper name, but I've never seen it sold that way.
