A WINderful Squeeday Afternoon.
so, today at work, Sarah, my manager (who FINALLY returned yesterday from a week of being off ill- she has BIG kidney problems, poor lady) takes me aside for a brief chat, and says the following:
'thanks so much for keeping everything running so smoothly while i was off sick, you did a great job, and im very grateful for how well you've done. (restrain your squeeing, children, THERES MORE!) I'm going to talk to Mark (Regional Manager) about you coming on the full time staff until you go to uni, and after youve finished your degree if you'd like.'
this would mean MORE PAY, MORE RESPONSIBILITIES, AND MORE PERKS!
