chan Chan?
Well, another random day. It started by my sister in law waking me up early this morning. Then I ended up going out to lunch with my Mom. She took me to a soul food restaurant. An actual soul food place. They had corn bread, watermelon, huge glasses of iced tea, chicken fried steak, fried everything actually. I was totally against the idea of going. The place was off of Del Paso Blvd. I was scared to go in, I was convinced that we would be the only white people there. But we went anyway, and it turned out to be awesome. The wall was covered in blown up pictures of jazz singers, rappers, blues guitarist, basketball stars.
After lunch I had to go to school and take care of sending my transcripts away. Of course I got the tiniest, oldest lady behind the counter. It took her about 25 minutes to get 5 of the same transcripts ready to send.
After all of that, I got home, played xbox (which I recently became addicted to), took a nap, and here I am now.
A waste of a day you might be thinking, but........... I'm actually totally on your side. I wasted all day today.
But, I did download some funny clips off the internet. Some clips from Seinfeld, towlie (from Southpark), the Simpsons, and such.
Now I'm listening to Chan Chan, by Buena Vista social club (download it if you haven't heard it).
What have I done with my life?
