love those warm winter days...
they make me happy. the thermometer hit 64 yesterday and i took full advantage to go for a run. while i've been running on the treadmill at SV's, this was my first outdoor run since just after thanksgiving. i pushed myself to see how well my off-season conditioning is going and i was able to complete 6-miles, and in a decent time to boot. i was quite sore last night, but most of that dissipated with a good night of rest. if i can keep up the off-season regiment, then maybe i will give that 'marathon by 30' a (apology) run for its money (/apology). ;) and we had a lightning storm last night, in january. heh, it's like being back in the south. i saw soooo few of those in boston.
patriots take the redemption tour into the Mile High City tonight. they lost 28-20 to the broncos earlier in the season, but that was at the valley of injuries. now that they are playing better and playing against jake plummer, they have a good shot. the pats need to stop the run and prevent any big passing plays. if they do that, then the broncos should be in for a long night. it should be a great game.
