Okay. James, I understand not liking movies, but c'mon, don't dis them on your LJ. Worst movie ever made... come on!! i understand exagerrating but this is ridiculous. what if robert redford read your LJ, think of how he would feel. do you forget about the hard work that people put into this? that the director thought of this as his baby? the hours of creativity, the elbow and brain grease? the intense acting sessions? the character work? the dialogue? maybe it's not brilliant to you, but please, have the decency to at least RESPECT the art that people made. da vinci may have just made a picture of some lady, but to many it is the great Mona Lisa. maybe this film was just about some clearing to you and some ransom, but to the people who made it, it is their grand truth. so have some fucking respect.

JK this movie was shit and deserves no respect and the people who made it, i hope, thought it was a joke. also, folks, there was no clearing. none. it should have been called cabin at the top of the hill. TERRIBLE.
