::nods:: Yeah, that's why I lean towards the kidnapping. At the rate our game moves these days, Ginny may only be an in game captive for a week or two...she can be rescued/escape when you return.

I'm hoping to get to Nov. 1st before you leave. May lift the time freeze on March 10th (real time)...that should give us a week.

But I would *love* to do "All I Ask of You" from Phantom of the Opera (only switch the gender roles) with D/G.

How I'm picturing things:

On Halloween night McG will announce that Saturday is going to be a Hogsmeade day. Everyone is now able to go to Fred and George's party. Draco will be there in disguise. Not being able to resist a little alone time with Ginny, he'll ask her to go for a walk. (There's singing, etc.)

Unbeknowst to them Lucius is also there in disguise with some other DEs. Lucius can't resist the opportunity to snatch Arthur Weasley's little girl. He sneaks up on the couple while they're distracting one another. He stuns Draco and apparates away with Ginny. (We can do that right before you leave.)

Drama ensues.

And Ginny is rescued/escapes when you return.
