Oh.. Umm.. there's a root. [He coughs, giving a sort of delirious giggle]

[A pause while she does some serious facepalm.]

There's roots in a lot of places, James. You're going to need to give me a better landmark.

[He picks up the journal and holds it open in front of his face a moment with a rather thoughtful expression, somewhat marred by the blood smeared across his face and the chunk missing from his ear]

..I.. [He drops it onto his chest wearily, showing a skewed view of some trees and a partial view of the village through one of the gaps therein]

[Oh great. He's hurt and delirious. Winry doesn't waste time with a voice response, and instead heads out the door to go find him. It may take her a little while to get there, though. Sit tight, James!]

[The less conscious James is, the more white he becomes, so when Winry finds him he's standing out pretty well against the background of the forest, even if he's not moving]

James! [Once there she throws her coat over top of him so the rain can't soak him more. Winry nudges him, in attempt to wake the boy.]

[Hey blinks again, lifting a paw up and rubbing at his eyes shakily]

[This was no use. She probably had to drag him back to his place. Again. Winry put his right arm around her shoulder, and she tried to help him up to a standing position.]
