Hey all,
i just served 14 of 28 days for carrying one of my music tools, an art scalpel which i use to cut guitar leads when they fray & i need to fix em fast, a completly unfair charge but the reason i served a sentance is coz it happened over two years ago & i didnt go to court cos i was on holiday & the police purposly bailed me to court when they knew i'd be away!!! the court found me guilty of breach of bail & gave me 28 days of which i served 14, but i was supposed to remain in remand without bail till my next trial instructions date on friday 3rd sept @ southwark Crown Court, it must have been a fuckup on their computers, in my luck today :) so now im gonna change my plea to Guilty of carrying a bladed article but i did not intend any harm & have no violent record, hopefully i'll get time served for the 28 days and community service, wish me luck!
