You Are Invited -> Gyroscope -> The City

While the City is the best, Gyroscope is damn close. I wish I had that album on me. Actually there's a bunch of songs on that album that rival The City...Spider in the Snow, A Life of Possibilities, Back and Forth are all pretty close. Back and Forth is amazing. Back and Forth and A Life of Possibilities made their awful live experiences worth it, in retrospect.

Oh yeah, and they have 2 other albums that are practically as good as that one. haha.

Spider in the Snow was the first song I ever heard by them and they almost immediately became my favorite band.
