No, not spandex shorts, Lord no...
I'd scare children if I wore short, tight shorts.... that's just wrong in so many ways..
I decided to do the 'usual girl thing' and go 'shopping' with my 'gal pals.' For some odd reason, I decided to wear boots, really clunky boots... Obviously, I haven't gone shopping for quite some time. We hit three stores, but seriously, three stores was enough for me. Mostly child labor endorsing stores (Target, KHOLS, and Ross), but I didn't buy that much anyway.
I went with the Three Melissas, ate some ice cream, and walked around looking at underwear, and pants. I bought stuff, for once in my life, and DAMN, did I feel proud of myself! I was walking around, beaming at the little bag I carried with me, I had actually bought something, without the help of anybody! So um.. moral is, go do stuff you don't usually like doing (No Andrew, not crack, crack is bad..) but stuff that you usually don't do. I'm not saying everyone should go out and shop, but, just go do something...sometimes it could actually prove entertaining :)
School's the same, same cycle I was expecting, nothing out of the ordinary. I gotta say, I'm really enjoying Mr. Harper's Classics class thing, he's really funny, and likes to pick on guys. Even though about... 10 kids weren't there because of the brainwashing cult- I mean.. Kairos, it's still always interesting in there. I know last year a bunch of the AP kids didn't like his teaching methods, I don't really remember what they said exactly, but I knew a lot of them didn't like him. For a republican, he is quite funny. Plus he gives us candy.
I've been practicing, reigional orch is in about a week, i'm certainly not ready. I'm hoping to get Principal, a pretty good goal for me. Not many violists can run 6 days a week, benchpress 125 pounds, and play a Bloch Suiet (which is spelled correctly). But I still can't seem to fit in with those orch dorks... whatever, they're pale anyway.
Not pale and pasty,
