First picspam ever
After watching all the fantastic picspams people have been doing I've decided to give it a try. My photoshop skills are far from adecuate but I hope the awesomeness that is Syd and Vaughn's relationship makes up for it. The first time I watched this scene I actually had to stop if a few time because Vaughn was being so charming and he was looking so incredibly hot I though my heart would stop if I continued watching.
I thought this would be a good scene to start in the picspammy world, I might do more Alias scenes later because there's never enough Alias in the world, people keep going on about Lost (which is also great, don't get me wrong) and forget about this fantastic Abrams' series, and it came first!!
Meet Syd and Vaughn. They're awesome and they are going out on a date.
They're just to cute here, it's their first date and they are shy. Fighting evil and kicking ass, that's easy, but looking across the table...
Wine helps them a bit, and Vaughn looks just to cute for Sydney to keep his eyes away from him anyway...
But of course they can't be happy for long, the bad guys are looking up Vaughn in their database and they discover he's CIA. I though it was important to show Vaughn's ID card because I think he's the first person in history to look good in one of those. Also, Vaughn asks Sydney to tell him about all the pets she's had because he's just that kind of adorable guy.
And then the waiter gives them a key to a room above and the akward comes back.
ROUSSEAU: So you liked everything?
SYDNEY: C'etait tres bon, merci.
VAUGHN: Parfait.
ROUSSEAU: So, uh, it is too late for you to set out for L'Avignon and you had much to drink. Upstairs, I have an inn and tonight, you are my guests. Please.
(He places the room key on the table.)
ROUSSEAU: Take your time. Merci.
(Sydney looks at Vaughn. He leans in.)
VAUGHN: Did you ask him to do that?
SYDNEY: (smiles) There are so many issues with this, I don't know where to begin.
VAUGHN: Hold on a second. I think we should have an open mind about this.
SYDNEY: An open mind.
VAUGHN: It'd be rude to overlook such a generous offer without proper consideration.
SYDNEY: I wouldn't dream of it.
VAUGHN: Okay.
SYDNEY: But there are clearly issues.
VAUGHN: Yes. I don't disagree.
(He smiles at her.)
SYDNEY: Okay.
Of course after careful consideration Syd decides she doesn't care if the devil himself comes carrying a shotgun, she's going to take this magnificent specimen of a man to the room...
They are both very happy, which is of course why the bad guys come in shooting at them, Weiss tries to warn them but they had taken of the comms to have a private moment, so they have to run for their lives and forget about the room. They're not happy about this, we're not happy about this, they bad guys get killed so they're obviously not happy either, so why the hell did this have to happen?
