We've now been best friends more than half our lives. As is tradition, for six years running, I am yet again in the wrong country to celebrate with you, so we will have to do something fun next time I'm in LA.
I considered writing this message entirely in inside jokes, but I think that would've weirded people out. Thanks for all the memories--can't believe it's been 13 years! You're my sister and the (second) daughter my parents never had. I can already picture us someday as gray-haired old ladies, sitting in our rocking chairs, still bickering like an old married couple but having a blast. Hope your day is wonderful!
