(no subject)
The night before last I had a dream that the remaining members of Queen asked me to play guitar for them at an upcoming concert. Of course I agreed, despite the fact that the only cord I know how to play is g. Anyway, so they were like "Great, we'll get you some leather pants." (Which, by the way, showed my entire ass) Back at the concert they start doing band member introductions. You know, they say "so-and-so on drums" and then the person on drums jams out a little. Well they get to me, and I just started playing a bunch of random notes. It was awful. After that, they took a little intermission and tried to teach me how to play guitar really quick. Then, I realized that I was actually using the guitar from Guitar Hero, with buttons instead of strings. So, I start thinking to myself "If I'm playing the Guitar Hero guitar, where the hell are the scrolling note cues?" Anyway, the concert was terrible. I tried to act like I was playing the guitar without actually playing it, but that didn't work so well. It was absolutely excruciating for me, for Queen, and for the audience.
Weird dream, but it was awesome to meet Queen.
