Skills

Tantrum: Is triggered by the word “No” uttered by an enemy character, NPC or Team Mate.  Otherwise can be triggered by general frustration.

Roll a 2 or better on one D6 to bring tantrum into affect upon frustration.
+2 to strength, - 4 to intelligence and -3 to charisma while in affect.

Deceptively skilled: The characters skills are masked to allow other characters to misjudge their ability.  But when carrying out normal tasks the character appears clumsy and lacking in dexterity.

Roll a 5 or 6 on a D6 to bring this skill into affect.  Roll for each task individually.

When the skill is in affect the character gains +5 to dexterity, + 3 to strength, + 2 to intelligence and +4 to speed.

When this skill is not in use and while under adult supervision the character suffers -1 to dexterity, - 1 to speed, - 1 to initiative, - 1 to strength and -1 to intuition.
Example: Parents assume that the baby cant reach the bottle of coke left on the table, the table is too high and the chairs are all pushed over against the wall on the other side of the room.  Even if she could, she is not going to be able to open a bottle of coke.  Parents leave the room content with the knowledge that the baby can not get up to no good.  When parents return, the baby has pushed a chair from the other side of the room, managed to climb onto it and then onto the table where she quickly and skillfully removed the cap and with very little spillage consumed the better half of the bottle.

Little girl charm: This skill can be used in a situation involving strangers, neighbours or grandparents.  The big blue eyes, big smile and pretty blonde hair of the character work to lure the victim.  The character then becomes a friendly, happy, easy going child that loves to meet new people.  The victim is easily convinced that the character is sweet, innocent and immensely well behaved.

This skill comes into affect upon approach of strangers, neighbours or grandparents and overrides the tantrum skill immediately.  If the tantrum skill is in use before the little girl charm skill comes into affect, then when the little girl charm skill ends the tantrum skill is to commense again with doubled intensity.  All stats to the tantrum skill are to be doubled.

When in affect this skill adds +4 to charisma.
