Boxes everywhere
Hey, not so long ago, when moving, there was always a time one would say "good bye, internet, I'll be off for some time until my next house"
But today, thanks to smartphones, something really small allows you to
1) keep speaking to your friends and family even though the phone line is out
2) listen to the music you like while dancing in the kitchen cleaning the furniture
3) get internet on your laptop even with the freebox already packed.
And that's neat =)
So, I could be all sad and blue, because it's my last night in this house, and because I'm all on my one, with my kids down south and my man up north, but I spoke to the kids, and got a SMS from the man, so I'm fine.
Everything is packed, waiting for the moving truck to come one Thursday. I was afraid we'd be late, but we are right on time.
Tomorrow is my farewell "party" at work, then I work on wednesday, and on friday, and then I'm free to grab the cat and drive to my children.
