It's been one of those days so far. I woke up sick this morning, and the small car (the one Tony wrecked, and then left us paying for, and Skyia fixed so it would run, and we just got paid off) seems to have gotten a crack in the bottom plate of the engine when it was in that accident. (Tony thought that parking lots were "safe," so he was changing the CD, and looking at the player, while driving through one.)
They are saying four grand to replace the engine, and nothing else will make it driveable. So, it looks like we're going to be shopping for a new car. Not what I wanted to do just now. I'm trying to get us out of debt.
Sigh
The other car has well over 200 thousand miles on it, and no windshield wipers, so we can't just use that instead. (The mileage isn't a problem, but you need wipers in Michigan in the winter.)
Wonder how much it would cost to fix them?
