Huge OC Chara Dumps!!
Libur Lebaran telah tiba! Saatnya gw jadi babu di rumah gw.....
So, once upon a time, as usual I was sitting in front of my laptop, browsing some random Hetalia fanart sites. When I was scrolling a certain fanartist memo (aka diary), I noticed in one of her entry a word 'oranda' in katakana which I assume is the Japanese way to call Holland or Netherlands in Japanese, and then still in the same entry I saw a hot guy in glasses that she drew. Upon seeing it my reaction was, "As'dgj'\gj;sgj!!1! Holland is canon now?!!? And he's megane!??!8DD Omg, so excited!!!
But then I feel something's fishy, "Wait a minute, I think I've seen him before....," was my thought, so I continued to read the rest of her entry and checked Himaruya's blog to confirm. It turned out that the hot guy was a character from PS2 game Persona 4 she recently played and there's not any mention of new characters (not to say Holland) at all in Himaruya's blog! Huu penonton kecewa!! DD8

At this point I realized that I need to see this country in Hetalia mode, like, NOW!! The urge is too strong! And though I refrained myself before from making Hetalia OC characters in fear of the mary-sueness, I finally surrendered and start doodling these ;

Yes, I name him Willem van Houten, I'm really creative with names, aren't I? But seeing Holland-kun like this, he looks too similar with Canada-kun, so I modified him a little....
There, it's more like Hetalia style ^ ^ (I think). I come to this design judging from many Dutch that I encountered in real life and from the Dutch personalities pictured in history books internationally.
Btw that's the uniform the Dutch wore in WWII.
Doing OC Holland would feel not completed (?) without OC Indonesia, so here's my interpretation of Indonesia in person a la Hetalia ;
I have to admit, it's difficult to make your own country without inserting some hint of mary-sueness in it. I try my best to be objective with this character -_-; and since we don't have certain particular uniforms at WWII, I used the one that Jenderal Sudirman (a famous Indonesian general) wore. Yeah...
Btw I name him Andi Budi Suryanegara, aside from the last name, the first two are quite common to use in the entire Indonesia (trans-ethnic).
Haven't put the characteristic of the nation yet, perhaps some other time, this post is already too long even without it. I don't know whether I should post this to nationslash or not.....maybe I'll just post it in this lj for my own satisfaction only XDD So my flist, be prepare for spam!

I grow fond on Holland lately ^ ^ after reading what he's done in histories, I found sometimes this Holland is hilarious. XDD and he could be France's best partner in crime in terms of perviness XDDD (because, well, Netherlands is famous for his openness to any type of s*x, his red districts, etc. Watch Eurotrip for some 'knowledge' ;D).
