When it rains...
Ok, so, on top of the stuff earlier this week, today the phone system performs up to my expectations.
Since 5pm mst, I have 6 consecutive ticket numbers. Thus means that I've taken all the calls for a 3 hour period. I checked other agents available times, and throughout, they've all been available. All of them.
So either fate has a sick sense of humor, the system is broken like I claimed, or they intentionaly screwed with the call logic to punish me for causing trouble.
Either way I'm recording all of this stuff down manualy now.
