Happened.
I think I did alright. I got a good roleplay C (as someone looking for a summer job in France at a youth camp) and a standard roleplay B (buying a ticket at the train-station, though I was slightly worried about what a '1st class' ticket was [appeared to have got that right]).
My first topic was good, but then *da da duuuuum* I got house, home and daily routine as my other topic. I got a bit flustered and did umming and awwing 'to the max'. I hope I didn't fluff it too majorly. Apparently I got lots of tense in (though I forgot to mention the likes of 'je serai', 'j'irai' or 'je ferai', which was a shame).
I was so *so* glad when it was over. I will never be forced to pass a french word through my lips again, though I probably will). I woke up at four in the morning (mourning) with nervey nervousness and didn't get back to sleep. I prepared some notes (which I ended up not using) and got to school as a lump of anticipatious doom. The mini-egg that I found in my pocket on the way to school definitely helped. Thank you, amphetamines!
I cried a bit before the exam when I realised I knew hardly any french (silly PMT and doom combination!).
The rest of the day was all 'much of a much-ness' (as Titch would say).
We got to think of comments to say about other people in our class. I chose to write Lizzie's, wish me luck!
Oh, and...
"Now in the light she'll work, sing, milk, say the cows' sweet names and sleep until the night sucks out her soul and spits it into the sky."
