Over the holidays I've been suffering from insomnia. It's really been over the last few days where I've not gone to bed 'til the (getting on to be not so wee) wee hours because I've simply not been tired, then lying in bed staring at the ceiling until I get up and do things again.
On the plus side, it's meant that I can spend my night-time becoming more "cultured" (with the use of computers, TV and books) and I've also found that it's prime time for ideas (film-wise) especially horror/thriller films as being alone in the house at night is just a fountain of inspiration.
Yesterday I saw
The Producers and absolutely loved it. It's easily my favourite musical and probably in my top 10 films ever. I suggest that anyone looking for a film to watch should make *that* their priority. It's so blatantly a stage-to-film thing, though. Wow!
Oh, and I've decided that I'm going to ask for membership to the
Arts Picturehouse for my birthday (as well as money in general) =).
Oh, and it's cool how not eating much and not sleeping much doesn't affect you *at all* in the holidays, but as soon as you go back to school, you die miserably.
