Customer: Can I see the sizes?
Me: Of what?
Customer: The popcorns.
Me: Sure. (points) The large and the medium are right here in the warmer.
Customer: Oh, okay.
(a few seconds of staring)
Customer: Which one is the large?
Me: (jokingly) The bigger one.
Employee #2: (passing by) Oh, it's the white one, on the top.

Customer: So how can you tell it's bigger? It just is, huh?

Customer #1: (to husband) Oh honey, extra ice.
Customer #2: Okay, extra ice.
Me: Sure thing. (fills cup about 3/4 full of ice)
Customer #2: (looks at drink being filled) Oh, not that much, about half full of ice.
Me: Oh I'm sorry, I thought you said extra ice.
Customer #2: Well yeah, but we didn't specify.
