K-so,
1. Eto yung scenario.. how safety should relate to the elderly, specifically fall prevention... the need is: Identify the aspect of care associated with fall prevention. Explain. Yung aspect/s of care ay Physical, Nutritional, Pharmacological, Psychological, & Rehabilitational. I actaully need (2), which I answered na the 1st one is Physical-- included side rails, wet floor sign should be placed for caution after cleaning, locked wheels, floor mats, & of course since security issue din I said talking to the patient & giving reassurance that measures on safety will be followed. Ano yung 2nd? Out of the 5 aspects, can I add rehabilitational for those who fell? Parang restorative ang dating. Educating patients on measures for fall prevention. Scheduling "Fall Awareness Week"- risk factors & avoidance measures. Padagdag please, baka may alam ka pa. Thanks!
2. Minimum Data Sheet- federally mandated, standardized, comprehensive, accurate & reproducible assessment of all long term care residents. How are the 5 aspects of care impacted by the minimum data sheet. Explain.
---- Honestly, how the hell I explain it further rather than saying, of course, the data in the MDS will determine the plan of care for the patient.. Duh? Ang tanong pa nya ay isa-isa, like

etc.. etc...
3. Which aspect/s of care must be considered when a patient has an order for "no code"?
Di ba lahat dapat kse the person must be psycholigically incompetent na to decide for himself, then physical dapat wala nang ways na marevive pa yung pasyente?
