July 4th
I offered to host our July 4th celebration at our house because July 3rd is Epoy's 29th birthday. This is meant as a Surprise party for him because he is not the type of person who likes celebrating birthdays with other people.. In other words, di sya kulang sa atensyon, katulad ko. Anyway, I am really excited about planning the whole surprise thing because Princeton will get to participate (not that it matters to the dog, for all he cares). The plan is to just get everyone around the table, say the grace, & then Princeton will be led by a brave soul to the table with his party hat on, that spells Happy Birthday Daddy! Ohhh, isn't that so cheesy, & cute?! I went to Party City today (I haven't been here before & the place was just a lot of fun). It's like Michael's but more into the party thing-y. I swear when we have kids, I will make sure there is a theme party. I'm sure our kids will be rotten-spoiled!
I didn't see a party hat with that label but saw this hat (when I was ready to walk out the store) that has sticker letters, & this works perfect!
This is the hat.. My plan is to tie the balloon to the hat & pray mercifully that Princeton would cooperate only until the guests & Poy see him..
And of course, the not over-the-hill age of 29, which are one of my glorious years in history. I'm hoping it will be for my husband too.
