is all true. it wasn't one of those artsy-fartsy movies that make you go "Huh?!" at the end. the movie is beautifully acted by child actors who were actually from the slums of mumbai. they brought much depth to the movie- i was actually wondering how the producers/directors managed to convince their parents into allowing their children to portray their roles in such deplorable conditions. you'll get what i mean when you see the movie. overall, one of the best movies of 2008, definitely did not disappoint. great contender for best picture awards.
now, all that's left to see are "benjamin button", "milk" and a few others.
