ugh....what a bad day i had
geez... today at work sucked. The kid I took on tour today sucked (he didnt say sh*t), i tripped twice walking into the front door, almost fell into a filing cabinet, f*cked up answering the phone like 3 times, and to top it off I left this lady on hold for like 20 min by accident...when she called back she made sure she knew what my name was...
