Half the reason I got into this fandom was because someone said that Shikamaru got a love interest. Because Shika was my favorite character, I was like, "HOT DAMN." and jumped on that.
4. Simon Tam and Kaylee Frye from Firefly.

5. Aang and Toph from Avatar: The Last Airbender
WHAT IT'S CUTE. Okay fine. I know they aren't soulmates. In fact, I kinda stopped shipping them for a while. Then I read "A Matter of Honor."
6. Naruto and Hinata from Naruto.
Improbable? Probably. Canon? No. Adorable? Yes. :D :D :D
7. Either Sasuke and Sakura OR Kakashi and Sakura, both from Naruto.
I VOTE THREESOME. Except that'd be icky. Hmmmm....
I just realized that, outside of ONE pairing, NONE of these became canon. I guess that shows you my tastes, huh? :D
